The Annual Print Competition is open to any owner, spouse, or
listed employee of a PPA of PA, Inc. Firm, Aspiring, Honorary,
Student, or Supporting member and to any PAPA (Photographic
Artists of Pennsylvania) member whose current year
dues are paid (postmarked) by January 15 of competition year 
(except out-of-state entrants), but subject to eligibility requirements 
for each competition sub-category.

A. Member Candidates are not eligible for competition. Final
acceptance of membership is required to participate.

B. An “out-of-state entrant” is one who IS NOT a member of
PPA of PA, and whose personal residence AND business
location are outside the state of Pennsylvania. They may
enter ONLY in the Out-of-State Competition and are eligible to
receive ONLY the Pennsylvania Award for best entry in that
competition. They, also, are NOT eligible to receive the Kodak
Gallery nor Fuji Masterpiece awards.

C. A “non-resident member” is a member in good standing of PPA
of PA whose residence and/or business location is outside the
state of Pennsylvania. They are eligible to enter all applicable
competitions and to receive awards and trophies as would any
member resident within the state of Pennsylvania with the exception
of the ASP Trophy. This item is for the purpose of clarification
for eligibility within the Print Competition ONLY, and is NOT
intended to establish a membership category of the Association.
